Looking for a sweet way to earn gold in Sun Haven? Here’s how to get bee boxes and produce your very own delicious honey! Here’s a step-by-step guide:
Step 1: Unlock the Beekeeper Skill
To get started, you need to first become a beekeeper! To do this:
- Level up your farming skill in the game until you unlock a special skill called Beekeeper (you’ll find it in the third row down of the farming section).
- Unlocking this skill gives you a super handy bee box crafting recipe.
Step 2: Craft Your Bee Box
Once you have the recipe, it’s time to get crafting!
- Access your crafting table and look for the bee box recipe.
- Collect the required materials: 40 planks, 80 stone, and 2 fire crystals. (Hint: Fire crystals can be crafted from coal if you don’t have any!)
- Assemble the bee box using your collected materials.
Step 3: Select and Plant Your Flowers
Bee boxes need flowers to produce honey, so let’s start planting!
- Head over to the farming store and talk to Emmett.
- Buy 12 seeds of your chosen flowers (like red roses or blue roses).
- Find a suitable spot and till a 4×4 area for your flowers, making sure to leave a space in the middle for your bee box.
- Plant and water your seeds until they bloom (after this, no more watering is needed!).
Step 4: Place Your Bee Box and Produce Honey
With your flowers in full bloom:
- Place your crafted bee box in the middle of the flower square.
- Wait and watch! In three days, your bee box will produce a jar of honey (or two days if you activate the Busy Bee skill by leveling up your farming skill).
Step 5: Harvest Your Honey
When it’s ready, your bee box will overflow with golden goodness and a notification will pop up.
- Harvest the honey and observe the types you get—different flowers give you different kinds of honey, each with unique effects and benefits.
Step 6: Enjoy the Sweet Rewards!
Your crafted honey can:
- Provide special effects and assist you in battles.
- Be sold for 100 coins or more, helping you earn while you explore.
- Offer permanent health boosts and other cool effects, depending on the type.
